Fees, payment methods and refunds.
Why do you charge a fee?
The one-time fee covers platform access, market data, risk infrastructure and support. It is not a deposit, investment or trading capital.
Are there recurring or hidden fees?
No. There are no monthly subscriptions and no data or platform add-ons. Simulated brokerage costs are applied inside the evaluation to mirror real trading, and they are never charged to you in cash.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and popular wallets through our payment gateway. All prices are in INR and include 18% GST.
Can I get a refund?
Evaluation fees are non-refundable once your account is issued, except for duplicate or failed transactions. The fee is refunded only with a first approved reward, if any. See the Refund Policy for details.
Will I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is emailed after purchase and is always available in your dashboard. Add your GSTIN at checkout if you need business input credit.
